Project Manager Carl Brown is one of the newest additions to the dedicated Level Craft Construction team! Born into the construction industry, Brown grew up and learned valuable skills from his electrician father and his brother, who owned an expansive drywall company. Before joining his brother in the drywall business in 1981, Brown attended West Texas University and majored in Animal Science. Through the years, he gained experience in several trades, including framing, trim carpentry, floor installations, window and door installation, tiling, painting and design.
A typical day for Brown includes over-seeing job sites, managing contractors, scheduling materials and other project aspects. His attention to detail and commitment ensures a project’s quality of craftsmanship and productivity meet the top-tier standards of Level Craft Construction.
Brown shared that his motivation to deliver a client’s dream home to them drives him forward in every project with Level Craft Construction. When a client hires Level Craft Construction, they partner with Brown and other committed team members to renovate, revive or construct their dream home.
“I would like people to know that I’m determined and will try my best to make the process as smooth as possible,” said Brown. “I take pride in building a quality home.”
While being a project manager can be beneficial, the role can prove challenging. Brown shared that the most difficult aspect of his role is scheduling and maintaining material on-site availability for contractors on each project. Receiving positive feedback from contractors and project employees on the atmosphere Level Craft Construction provides is due to the dedication of team members such as Brown.
