Avondale Estates Boasts a Mid-Century Modern Ranch!
Jessica Neese and her husband Selby, owners of In Bloom Landscaping, might have one of the most beautiful homes in all of Avondale Estates!
Their dream of a California ranch home required a great deal of patience: It took them three years to find the perfect location, 8 months to solidify plans with their architect before breaking ground, and 18 months of renting a small home after selling their previous residence before they could finally move in!
Jessica knew exactly what she wanted and says it was well worth the wait. When asked if Jessica would’ve done anything differently, the answer was a hard “no”. She loves her house - from the open floor plan, the all-white interior and exterior, unique tile and light fixture choices, innovative master bathroom design, and the incredibly beautiful hardscaping around the pool and and outdoor fireplace that they completed themselves using specialty concrete.
Level Craft couldn’t be more proud of this project. It was a labor of love and it’s the perfect Palm Springs inspired home right here in the middle of Georgia!
