Although this family home looks the same on the outside, it recently underwent a huge interior makeover on the inside! Our team at Level Craft Construction went into the Haralson home and got right down to the studs. Our clients, a young family with kids, wanted to revamp their home to better embody their modern taste, and we delivered!
On the first level, we decided to implement a highly requested open-concept main living area that incorporates a larger living room and open kitchen. From the front entryway, a short hallway leads to an open living area with crisp white walls. Several large windows are built into this area, allowing for an abundance of natural light to flood in and contribute to the area’s happy environment. This space is open and airy, perfect for relaxing throughout the day. Plus, we know the family dogs sure love basking in the warm sun beams!
The living room offers open access to a quaint breakfast area and modern kitchen. Clean white cabinets, countertops, a range hood and the backsplash work to create a cohesive look in this kitchen. For a pop of color and to add to the contemporary design, gold accents are placed throughout the room in the form of cabinet handles and unique lighting fixtures. The cozy breakfast area also features several elongated windows, allowing even more natural light to pour into this main area.
Finishing off the first floor is an enclosed office and storage area. This space is separated from the rest of the main level of this newly renovated home by sliding barn doors. The matte black fixtures and light blue doors add in a touch of farmhouse elegance to this modern home.
In addition to completely redoing the first floor, our team at Level Craft Construction also stacked an addition over the main level. This additional second level now houses a luxurious owner’s suite with convenient access to a laundry room.
Although the entire house received a fabulous interior renovation, the front exterior façade remained the same, upholding the integrity of the home!
